In 2017, BROKIS developed a special connector for the iconic Shadows family. It offers a remarkable degree of variability and near endless possibilities for creating unique interior lighting compositions. The BROKIS connector has been gradually implemented in the majority of the brand’s collections and has proven a valuable addition to the product portfolio.
BROKIS collections are exceptional not only for their wide range of glass colours, finishes, and materials but also for the variability of the lights, which can be combined in sets depending on the needs and wishes of the client. The special integrated connectors developed by BROKIS simplify installation of grand lighting compositions, a hallmark of the BROKIS brand.
BROKIS connectors are manufactured in two types: 230V and 24V. This facilitates installation both of individual lights and, mainly, larger sets.
With the BROKIS connectors, the wiring and ceiling canopy are installed first, and then the glass shades on the suspension cable are secured to the fixtures be means of the connector. The process is faster and more convenient than conventional installation methods. If lights are fitted with the same type of connector, they can be interchanged, thus providing an easy way to refresh compositions over time with new variations. BROKIS connectors also enable more effective care and cleaning, but their main benefit is faster and better installation of lights.
